For this project I used sample customer support case data for a subscription based company with the goal of uncovering insights to improve the customer support system. Using tools such as Python (Logistic Regression Machine Learning Model), PostgrSQL, and Tableau, I developed a data driven implementation plan to fully restructure the customer support team in order to strategically decreeasee subscription churn rate.
